WITH reference to previous telegrams on the subject of the Canton-Hankow Railway negotiations, I have the honour to inform you that I showed to Mr. Bland paraphrases of your telegrams of the 13th, 15th, and 19th instant. A telegram was dispatched yesterday by him to the British and Chinese Corporation in London, who will send you a copy of it.
